Trial Period and Subscription Details

By joining QuiXure VPN, users can enjoy unlimited connectivity to all our VPN servers for a 30-day Trial Period. Upon completion of the Trial Period, users will be notified via the app to subscribe for continued services.

• User Data Retention: IDs of users who do not subscribe after the Trial Period will be retained solely for managing/controlling subsequent installations from the same user ID. This data will not be shared with any third party for any purpose. To ensure fair usage policy, unsubscribe option for deletion of user ID is available to Pro Users only.
• Subscription Options: Users may choose between Free or Paid (Pro Plan) subscriptions, offered at nominal charges. Payments are processed securely via Google Pay (Android) or Apple Pay (iOS/Mac).
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically upon expiry (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually). Users may terminate payments at any time via the in-app menu.
• Renewal Notification: Users will receive an email notification 1 day in advance of subscription renewal.

Account Deletion

Through the in-app settings, Pro Users can easily remove their accounts. No user data is kept on our servers after deletion.
